Shabbat Shalom from Tzfat!!
The pioneers arrived around noon this morning to one of the 4 holiest cities in our land. They had some free time to enjoy the Artisan valley and walk around to take in the beauty of the ancient city and the views.
Pre-Shabbat has started early with an understanding of the city, Halacha and Kabalah. The group will also see how challah was made in the 16th century when Tzfat was booming as one of the main trade cities on the coast.
Finally they will cap it off with a musical Kabalat Shabbat with Richie Chalme who is joining them with his wife Geri for Shabbat.
Shabbat will be beautiful with song and prayer and special opportunities to enjoy the city. Tomorrow am with a visit from the son of Rabbi Mordechai Eliyahu a’h/ Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu and special classes and discussions and a chance to engage the natural spirituality of the city.
