Unified & Strong – Together

iLead Parents – Good Evening,

I think today was one of the most emotional days of iLead from all 3 sides of the triangle.
The Parents, Pioneers and us folk, The iLead Team – I will explain briefly for none other reason that we all can relate with a few words:

As a parent said to me last night, just play the song “Should I Stay or Should I go” – 🙂
The ILead Team was humbled over the last 2 weeks and especially over the last 24 hours by the challenges, passion, questions and considerations heard. The love, desire for growth and concern shown for the Pioneers was humbling –  Some Pioneers were excited, some nervous & scared and some anxious. Not an easy decision by any standard. Here is the amazing part:

The result: From 40 different angles all Parents and Pioneers committed to stay in Israel.  When I got the phone call confirming this, I received chills and without control tears welled in my eyes. Not because we are staying or going. That point almost became secondary. Because:
Everyone remains together. Unified and Strong.

Put a smile on your face and check out the blog at: http://blog.qjd.2f2.myftpupload.com
You will find a post by a Pioneer, and some great photos from the last 24 hours.

More updates to come tomorrow on the Dome of Hope project as the Pioneers once again, together, have brought 18 families, 80 people to the North to a new reality. From the brief video and emails I have received their effort is nothing short of life changing for the residents of Southern Israel.

We all have what to be proud of – Take a moment to celebrate it.

Unified & Stronger,

The iLead Team
