Happy Fourth of July Americans.

“We’ll wake you up at 4:30 AM to go on a chilled 3 hour hike that will mostly be on a road.” Cool, I thought, a nice break from the wilderness. LOL. We got a 5:28 wake up and had to meet at 5:30. We then went on a three hour hike on one if the steepest, unpaved, and rockiest mountains ever. After falls, sweat, tears and and tiredness, we got to the top of Har tavor. The view was worth it all. We stood at the top and saw all of Israel. We then prayed שחרית on the top of the hill. We each prayed individually to really get a personal moment with g-d in such a unique location. After prayers we at breakfast on the hill. Shiloh met us there and we were presented with individual engraves ILEAD bibles in a bible ceremony.

“The bus will meet you at the top” LOL.
We walked ALL the way back down. Although we were hot, the memories and laughs on this hike will stay with us together.
